The Project Office (P.O.) of VEGA supports enterprises in their innovation process, which is implemented in an economic framework where company upgrading must be faster and faster and in-house competences no longer suffice to identify new competitive solutions.
The P.O. starts, promotes and manages innovative and research projects also through European planning processes. It stimulates partnerships among businesses, Universities and research centres, local governmental agencies and lending institutions. It promotes incubation and spin-off processes concerning innovative businesses.
The most peculiar reference sectors for our project activities are: Nanotechnologies, ICTs, the Environment and Sustainable Development.
The implemented projects can be classified as follows: transnational cooperation projects funded by the European Union; national development projects funded by Ministries of the Italian Government; development and territorial technological animation projects funded by the government of the Veneto Region.
